This is a short series about digital alterations, not current minor alterations, as digital adjustments of contrast or lightness, but rather about major alterations of photos.
The resultant images may not bear any resemblance to the original photos but, on the other hand, there isn’t any chance of being taken as straight photographs.
How far can we go manipulating photos? As images, we can go as far as our imagination allows us to go. Those images are not photographs any more but, as they are the result of digital manipulation of photos, they may perhaps be seen as a specific chapter of photography.
